Ordering & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet! Hoping to do that soon
How much does shipping cost?
FREE- for now. Things might change as I continue to grow and develop the business, but for now shipping is FREE <3
How are prints packaged to ensure they arrive safely?
Prints are carefully packaged in a triangle cardboard container to keep them safe during transit. Larger products like puzzles or journals are packed with extra padding.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
No, not at this time.

What paper/materials do you use for prints?
All prints are produced on high-quality, archival fine art paper with vibrant, long-lasting inks — designed to look beautiful for years to come.
The Gone Gardening collection is exclusively printed on watercolor paper, for the full effect!
Are the colors on the screen the same as in person?
Colors are represented as accurately as possible, but every screen displays them a little differently. Prints often look even richer and more vibrant in person.
Are puzzles, journals, and cards made in-house or printed by a partner?
These items are created with trusted print partners who specialize in high-quality, artist-designed goods. I make sure every product matches the quality I expect for my art. If there's a problem, let me know, I'd love to make it right!
Do you offer custom sizes or commissions?
Yes! If you’re interested in a different size print or an original artwork/commission, please get in touch through the contact form.
Payments & Returns
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each order is made just for you, I don’t usually accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or there’s a mistake with your order, I’ll make it right.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please email me within 7 days with photos of the damage and I’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I cancel or change an order after placing it?
If you contact me quickly (within 24 hours), I may be able to update or cancel your order before it’s processed.

Where are you based?
I’m based in Chicago, IL, where I create my artwork surrounded by inspiration from everyday city life, in addition to the time I spend visiting back home on the farm in New Jersey, and my travels abroad.
Do you sell in galleries or in person anywhere?
Yes, from time to time! Sign up for my email list for up to date info regarding galleries and pop-up events.
