Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All products are made to order through our print partners (Artelo and Printify). Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is shipped. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

Shipping Times

  • Domestic (U.S.) orders: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days after fulfillment.

  • International orders: Estimated delivery within 10–20 business days after fulfillment.
    Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and local postal services.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the product(s) ordered. Some items may ship separately if produced by different print facilities.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please note it may take 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays due to carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Wrong Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If the address provided is incorrect and the package is returned, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date. We’ll work with our print partner to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

International Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
